Panasonic Introduced the World's Largest LED 720p HD Screen at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. unlike any other LED Screen, Panasonic must introduce this LED HD Screen outdoor due to their huge size. This LED HD Screen has a Size of the HD Video boards. it was about 200 foot wide and 80 foot tall.
Panasonic uses about 57 workers by putting 11,000 man hours, and a period of more than four months to build this largest LED Screen. The 332-and-a-half-ton structure is touted to comprise of 158 panels and nine million LED lamps. It's really different with this Smallest HD Display by Ortus Technology which is only uses a 4.8 inch screen. I Dont know about this LED HD Screen by Panasonic. It's really huge. could anybody tell me about the size of that screen?
The unveiling event of the HDTV was started with much pomp and vigor with eminent guests like Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Marcus Smith (Charlotte Motor Speedway’s president and GM) in attendance. Smith said:
This giant Panasonic HD video board will be a game changer for our fans on race day. It will give them a whole new way to experience a NASCAR event at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
From the business perspective, the special screen will only be used for special events, like the Coca-Cola 600 (a 600 miles or 965.6 km in length stock car race held annually at Charlotte Motor Speedway). Officials say that the 720p HD video board will make its public debut on May 21 at the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race. The screen is located along the backstretch between Turns 2 and 3, across from the start/finish line. Getting seats throughout the frontstretch from Turn 4 to Turn 1 will get you the best view. Those tickets start at $49 for the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race. Fans can also purchase two frontstretch tickets for just $99 to the Coca-Cola 600 on May 29.
